Additional information

The school has subscribed to the Unifrog platform which brings all the available information into one single, user-friendly site that helps students to make the best choices. The platform has many pages that can be accessed, including:

  • Careers Library
  • Subjects Library
  • Drafting applications
  • Applying for Apprenticeships
  • UK universities
  • Universities abroad

Every student will be able to have a complete profile which, over their time in the school, can be added to by staff and students using the interactions tool. This feature allows students to record all the careers education and exposure during their time at the school.

Using this platform, students will be able to explore both academic and career pathways to receive impartial advice at every stage of their academic career at Stepney Green. Furthermore, the platform provides easy access to information relating to universities and careers in the UK and abroad.

Student also have access to powerful tools which support them to develop their CV’s, write personal statements and create a UCAS application. These tools are accompanied by examples which students can make reference to during the entire process.

We aim to have this running initially for Years 12 & 13 from the Summer Term 2020, with the aim to have it fully functional for all other years from October 2020.Stepney Green Maths, Computing & Science College 2019
